Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Our client is a progressive and innovative business going through sustained growth and is now looking to recruit a Brand & Campaign Manager to join their Business Development (Marketing) Team. This role offers the opportunity to lead multi-channel campaigns, shape brand strategy, and manage a small marketing team within a well-established, market-leading organisation.

The role

Product-Led Growth (PLG) Strategy

  • Develop and embed a PLG framework across key services. Use behavioural insights to define activation, adoption, and retention triggers.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX and Solutions to align product evolution with growth objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns align with business goals, brand strategy, and OKRs.

Marketing Delivery & Collaboration

  • Deliver content and campaign assets including landing pages, optimisation copy, in-portal messaging, and CRO-led content.
  • Brief creative, social, PR and event work into the Brand & Campaigns team to ensure omnichannel consistency.
  • Collaborate with brand specialists to ensure performance insights inform brand activity.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

  • Lead CRO experiments across websites, landing pages and key funnels.
  • Form hypotheses using data, behaviour and UX best practice.
  • Work with UX and Solutions teams to implement friction-reducing enhancements.

Data, Analytics & Commercial Performance

  • Own dashboards and reporting across GA4, Looker, HubSpot and internal datasets.
  • Provide insights that inform strategy, product development and commercial forecasting.
  • Monitor and optimise paid channels with the Brand & Campaigns team.

Campaign Oversight & Execution

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel B2B campaigns.
  • Lead brand campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery across email, social, paid media and content.
  • Lead nurture campaigns for Local Authority audiences.

Brand & Communications

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all campaigns and communications.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all materials meet brand standards.
  • Create and maintain templates and client-facing materials.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring alignment across all communications.
  • Manage service email campaigns end-to-end, including content creation, scheduling and reporting.
  • Oversee paid media strategy to amplify messages and drive lead generation.
  • Support social content creation and scheduling.
  • Manage blogs, website updates and imagery.
  • Ensure SEO optimisation and alignment with brand guidelines.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Analyse campaign performance across channels to maximise ROI.
  • Produce KPI reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Use data to guide targeting and continuous improvement.

Events & Partnerships

  • Work with events and content teams to deliver promotional outputs.
  • Support thought leadership and event-based campaigns.

Applicants MUST have

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing with strong B2B campaign delivery.
  • Experience overseeing creative content, junior marketers or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, email, social media, content, and events.
  • Experience managing brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead a Marketing Assistant
  • Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to drive strategy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Knowledge of CRM, automation tools and analytics platforms.
