Data & AI Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Data & AI Operations Coordinator to join a growing tech firm based in Oxfordshire.

This is a varied, hands-on role where data, technology and attention to detail come together. You’ll be using AI and other tools to help deliver projects, while making sure the information behind them is accurate, consistent and ready to go.

You’ll be the person checking that the details add up, spotting when something doesn’t look quite right and making sure work is completed to a high standard .

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing, cleaning and quality-checking data, platform settings and project information, making sure everything is accurate and ready to launch.
  • Using AI and existing tools to create reports, posters and other client materials, then sense-check the content, figures and final results.
  • Supporting with reporting, data analysis and a variety of ad hoc projects as they arise.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and project records and make sure information is kept up to date.
  • Following established processes, spot opportunities to improve them and raise any errors, risks or uncertainties before they become bigger issues.

You will need to be:

  • Naturally detail-oriented and takes pride in getting things right.
  • Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Confident using AI and technology and interested in learning new tools.
  • A clear and proactive communicator who is comfortable flagging issues early.
