Graduate Business Development Executive
Our client is currently recruiting for a Graduate Business Development Executive, working two days per week in their glossy offices based in Birmingham city centre!
This role is to join a leading tech provider recognised for their collaborative culture, innovation, and commitment to professional growth, joining their Information Security Team, providing operational support.
Key responsibilities:
Business Development Executive
- Generate new business through outbound calls, campaigns, and marketing leads and pitch innovative products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell SaaS products to existing customers and free users.
- Negotiate rates and agreements to secure supplier participation.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert conversations into successful deals.
- Handle and overcome objections confidently to move prospects through the sales process.
- Follow up with prospects and arrange call-backs to maximise opportunities.
- Keep CRM records up to date with customer notes, interactions, and next steps.
- Work closely with the SRM and Marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and supplier enquiries.
