Graduate Sales Executive – Innovative Tech Firm | Birmingham

Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 per year

We’re looking for a confident, driven Graduate Sales Executive to join a fast-growing and forward-thinking tech company based in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who’s looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic, client-facing role. You’ll be at the heart of building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, helping to onboard new partners and promote the company’s innovative Early Payment and financial technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and build relationships with suppliers, presenting Early Payment and other product offerings.
• Generate new leads through proactive outreach and follow-up on marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and grow existing supplier relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Negotiate terms confidently and manage objections effectively.
• Support the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date with all contact and activity details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to respond to supplier queries and drive engagement.

• Resilient and adaptable, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• A natural problem solver with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
