- Provide first-line support for HR system queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating more complex problems where appropriate.
- Carry out regular data quality checks, resolving discrepancies and maintaining the integrity, security, and accuracy of HR data.
- Support data cleansing activities to improve data quality and ensure the reliability of the HR system.
- Manage user accounts and system access, ensuring permissions are maintained in line with organisational requirements.
- Assist the HR Systems Lead with day-to-day system administration, reporting, testing, process improvements, and HR systems projects.
- Produce routine and ad hoc reports from the HRIS to support the HR team and wider business.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Experience working with complex systems, ideally HR systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
- A proactive, curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently while managing your workload effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
