Office Coordinator

The Office Assistant will be proactive, detail-driven, and confident in managing multiple priorities at once answering calls, assisting the creative team with all administration duties, manage office supplies. In this role, you will own office operations, ensuring guests feel welcomed, meeting rooms run smoothly, supplies are stocked, and the office remains client ready at all times. You will coordinate maintenance, support internal events, manage relationships with building teams and vendors, and assist with onboarding to give new hires a seamless first day. You will also provide executive support through light diary management, recruitment coordination, travel assistance, and general administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for basic tech issues, you will liaise with IT vendors and help keep our systems running without disruption. Finally, you will play a key role in shaping our culture by organising celebrations, team events, wellbeing initiatives, and company-wide updates, maintaining a yearly calendar that keeps our workplace connected and engaged.

This role is to start asap paying upto 35k based in the office 5 days Mon-Friday.
