Operations Support Hub Analyst

Job Description:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Hub Analyst to join a modern, Technology Team based in Birmingham City centre! This is a great opportunity to be a part of a progressive Support Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage queries received through various sources.
• Investigating problems and seeking resolutions.
• Building their knowledge across a range of products.
• Provide routine updates to managers and colleagues on progress.
• Assist with compliance and rebate computations.
• Perform tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Accurately review physical documents and oversee sourcing activities to ensure scheme eligibility.
• Onboarding new suppliers accurately.
• Collaborate directly with clients and use their systems to process invoices.
• Prioritise invoices to help accelerate payment processes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office.
• Previous administration experience.
• Comfortable speaking to clients and suppliers confidently.
• Proactive approach to a demanding work environment.
• Contributes and works well as a team.
