Team Assistant for the Executive Support team- hybrid working 4/1
Our technology client is seeking a highly organised and professional Team Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Team, working in close partnership with Executive Assistants. This is a fast paced, business critical role positioned at the centre of the organisation, requiring discretion, adaptability and a consistently high standard of service.
The successful candidate will deliver seamless day-to-day administrative support, including coordinating complex travel, meetings and diaries, raising purchase orders, processing invoices and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also encompasses core office administration such as filing, scanning and document management, alongside providing holiday and peak-period cover for the Executive Assistant team.
In addition, the Team Administrator will act as a key point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional welcome and first-class experience, support the delivery of company events and departmental offsites and oversee office operations including kitchen supplies and liaison with external cleaning providers. Responsibility for reviewing and maintaining Health & Safety documentation will also form part of the remit.
