We are partnering with an established, growing, international music business that's looking to hire a Data Coordinator to join their collaborative Data team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting inconsistencies, solving problems and improving processes. You'll be joining a business that works with some of the biggest names across the global music industry, supporting the accuracy, quality and delivery of critical reporting and data.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, validate and reconcile large volumes of operational and financial data.
- Support the processing and quality assurance of reporting and royalty information.
- Investigate data discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Respond to data-related queries and provide excellent stakeholder support.
- Assist with system testing, reporting enhancements and new process implementation.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and data records.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation and smarter ways of working.
- Help ensure reporting systems remain accurate, reliable and fit for purpose.
Key Requirements:
- Must be educated to degree level within a relevant field i.e. data, finance, economics, music or similar
- Previous experience working in a data, reporting, finance operations or administrative environment.
- Experience within the music industry, royalties or digital media or the ability to demonstrate a real interest in music
- Exposure to SQL or an interest in developing technical data skills.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Someone who enjoys working with numbers and investigating anomalies.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A naturally curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
