Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the formation and development of the sales team, including recruitment, training, task allocation, and ongoing performance coaching.
  2. Establish and implement team management processes, performance standards, and operational guidelines.
  3. Build and maintain strong, high-value partnerships with merchants in line with the company’s business strategy.
  4. Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services, identify key business opportunities, and guide the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a sales management role. Experience in internet or hardware sales is preferred.
  2. Strong understanding of the local market, with existing industry connections considered an advantage.
  3. Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism.
  4. Alignment with Meituan’s core values — customer focus and pursuit of excellence.
  5. Adaptable to the fast-paced nature of the internet industry, energetic, and capable of delivering results under challenging circumstances.
