Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formation and development of the sales team, including recruitment, training, task allocation, and ongoing performance coaching.
- Establish and implement team management processes, performance standards, and operational guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong, high-value partnerships with merchants in line with the company’s business strategy.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services, identify key business opportunities, and guide the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a sales management role. Experience in internet or hardware sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the local market, with existing industry connections considered an advantage.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism.
