Software Engineer

I’m working with a rapidly growing fintech trading platform who are expanding their backend engineering team in London.

They’re looking for a C# .NET engineer to join their core trading and transactions team, working on a proprietary platform that underpins real-time money movement and trade execution across a global client base.

You’ll be joining a strong, established team of engineers and will play a key role in building, optimising, and scaling critical backend systems.

The role

Develop and deliver high-quality backend solutions in C#
Work closely with Product, QA, and Tech Leads on new features and improvements
Contribute to system performance, scalability, and reliability
Take ownership of tasks through to production
Participate in code reviews and sprint planning

What they’re looking for

2+ years’ experience with C# / .NET (Core preferred)
Experience working on transactional or financial systems
Strong Git and Agile experience
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills

Nice to have:

Kafka, Redis or similar
AWS exposure
Docker
