Helpdesk Administrator

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a enthusiastic Engineer/Service Coordinator on behalf of our client. We are looking for candidates with experience scheduling engineers and route planning experience.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is fully office based.

Duties:

  • Responsible for planning and managing engineers daily work schedule which will consist of both reactive and preventative maintenance
  • General Administration Tasks including, emails, filing, sending out contracts
  • First line customer assistance - e.g., answering telephone calls and dealing with customers.
  • Uploading and allocating documents to online systems
  • Managing diaries
  • Allocate and schedule work for engineers

To be successful you'll possess:

  • Previous experience in a scheduling position is required for this position
  • Confident, polite and well mannered
  • IT literate
  • Educated to GCSE level with C’s and above
  • Must live locally
