The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high performing sales team within a scaling SaaS environment. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can create structure, inspire performance, and deliver predictable revenue growth while operating in a fun but fast-paced setting.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + commission + benefits
Location: Waterloo (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office)
Working hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm
The Role
Team Leadership & Performance
- Build, coach, and mentor a results-focused sales team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Set clear KPIs and establish effective operating rhythms including 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new hires to ensure fast ramp times and consistent execution.
- Provide ongoing coaching across prospecting, discovery, product positioning, and closing techniques.
Revenue & Sales Execution
- Own team revenue targets and consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and strong CRM practices.
- Develop scalable outbound and inbound strategies tailored to a defined vertical market.
- Work closely with marketing to refine ideal customer profiles, messaging, and pipeline generation.
Process & Enablement
- Implement structured sales processes, playbooks, and training programs to improve conversion and efficiency.
- Evaluate and optimise the sales technology stack, including CRM and engagement tools.
- Introduce best practices across outreach, qualification, demos, and negotiation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth client handovers and support long-term growth.
- Share customer insights with product and leadership teams to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and demand-generation initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of sales management experience within a SaaS or technology-led business.
- Proven success building and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to generate predictable pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle B2B sales.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Background in helping scale early-stage or growth-phase sales teams.
- Familiarity with vertical SaaS models.
