We're Hiring: Automation Analyst

Location: Remote

Hours: Full Time, Perm - Monday to Friday

Overall Purpose of The Role

We're looking for an experienced Automation Analyst to join a growing automation function within a regulated financial services environment.

This is a hands on, delivery focused role its not a narrow DevOps or support position.

You'll have ownership across the full automation lifecycle, working closely with the business to design, build and deliver automation that drives real operational improvement.

Key Accountabilities

  • Designing, developing and deploying RPA solutions (Blue Prism essential)
  • Building and managing end to end automation workflows
  • Working directly with stakeholders to:
    • Understand business processes and pain points
    • Challenge existing ways of working
    • Recommend smarter, automated solutions
  • Owning delivery from:
    • Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support
  • Supporting live automations including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring all solutions are secure, resilient, and compliant within a regulated environment

Experience, Knowledge, Skills
  • 3+ years' experience delivering RPA / automation solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Prism or similar RPA
  • Experience across the full automation lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder skills be able to challenge, influence, and advise the business
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment, with flexibility to pick up a broad range of responsibilities
  • Experience with workflow engines / BPM tools (e.g. Laserfiche or similar)
  • SQL / database knowledge
  • Experience working in a financial services or regulated environment
  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments
