Insurance Solution Architect
As an Insurance Solution Architect at Davies, you will play a pivotal role in both the sales cycle and the successful delivery of our insurance consulting and technology solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate their digital transformation journeys by translating complex business needs into innovative, value-driven solutions.You’ll collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling solution strategies, deliver impactful demonstrations, and ensure seamless implementation. Your deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry, combined with your technical acumen, will help build client confidence and drive business success.
Your New Role- Serve as a subject matter expert in P&C insurance and Davies’ technology solutions.
 - Lead pre-sales activities including solution design, product demonstrations, proposal development, and RFP responses.
 - Translate client business objectives into tailored solution recommendations that deliver measurable value.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment from sales through to delivery.
 - Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
 - Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and certifications to maintain a high level of expertise.
 - Participate in internal training, mentorship programs, and continuous learning initiatives.
 - Occasionally travel to client sites or industry events as needed.
 
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in solution engineering, consulting or delivery, or relevant roles within an enterprise software company or insurance carrier.
 - Demonstrated success in supporting digital transformation initiatives.
 - Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation.
 - Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 - Passion for technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
 - Ability to simplify complex concepts and maintain audience engagement.
 - Willingness to travel occasionally.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly across multiple segments.
 - Familiarity with insurance marketplace products and technical certifications.
 - Experience with industry-specific solutions and regulatory requirements.
