Business Analyst Within Transfer Agency
Our client a fintech organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to support Transfer Agency projects. This role will focus on gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing existing processes, and supporting system enhancements related to investor servicing and fund administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews, workshops, walkthroughs with business users to understand business processes and requirements and undertaking independent investigations based on sample data/scenarios
- Complex problem solving and analysis of scenarios/data where there are multiple variables and potential solutions
- Collating and assessing information gathered to comprehensively document requirements and identify critical items, arbitrate conflicts and distinguish user requests from true requirements
Skills required:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst for a minimum of 5 years
- UK Transfer Agency and Funds Distribution knowledge
- UK Client Money Rules
- Individual savings plans (ISAs)
- Group 1/Group 2 units
- UK based payment solutions such as BACs for payments and cash collections
