- Making outbound calls to businesses across a range of sectors
- Introducing services, building interest and creating opportunities
- Following up on marketing campaigns and mailers
- Qualifying prospects and booking appointments for the wider team
- Maintaining and cleansing CRM data to ensure accuracy
- Diarising follow-ups and managing your own pipeline
- Building rapport and long-term relationships with potential clients
- Working closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities
- Contributing ideas to improve campaigns and outreach
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, business development or a similar role
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
- Proactive, self-motivated and organised
- Able to handle objections and keep conversations positive and productive
- Good attention to detail, especially when managing data and follow-ups
- Someone who enjoys working in a small, supportive team environment
- £26,000 - £27,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £35,000
- Full-time or part-time hours available between standard office hours, Monday to Friday
- Office-based role in Leeds, LS11, with potential for hybrid working after probation
