Customer Success Manager
Customer Success Manager | Wakefield Full-time / Permanent | £28,000-£40,000 based on experience Are you great with customers and naturally good at building relationships? Perhaps you already have experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Client Success Manager or Service Delivery Manager, or you may be looking for the opportunity to progress from a customer service / customer experience (CX) role into account management. We're recruiting on behalf of a growing technology business based in Wakefield for a Customer Success Manager to develop strong, long-term relationships with its clients. You'll be managing customer accounts, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping clients get the most from the company's technology and services.Salary & Benefits
- £28,000 - £40,000 salary, depending on experience.
- Company car, either from the start for experienced candidates or once a trainee is ready to attend face-to-face client meetings.

- Hybrid working once established, with a minimum of 1.5 days per week in the Wakefield office.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as their main point of contact.
- Build strong relationships, understand client needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Help clients get the most from Compliance365's services and technology.
- Hold regular client meetings, via Teams and face-to-face as experience develops.
- Coordinate projects, resolve queries and manage any service issues or escalations.
- Produce service reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support account retention and growth, identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Work closely with the service delivery and sales teams to provide a joined-up customer experience.
- Has a full UK driving license (with no more than 6 points)
- Is a confident and professional communicator.
- Enjoys building genuine, long-term customer relationships.
- Is organised and comfortable managing several priorities.
- Takes ownership of customer queries and follows things through.
- Can understand customer needs and think about appropriate solutions.
- Has good commercial awareness, or the ability and desire to develop it.
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
- Can build credibility with customers at different levels.
