Our portfolio of brands comprises of Key (the Adviser) More2Life (the Lender) and Air (Adviser software service).We are looking for an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability and performance of our systems. This role is focused on test automation, primarily across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, helping to ensure that new features and updates are thoroughly tested and delivered to a high standard.

You will work closely with developers, analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements, build automated tests, and improve overall system quality within a fast paced, regulated environment. Main role & responsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain automated test scripts for business systemsWork closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and define testing approachesCarry out functional, regression, integration and performance testingIdentify, log and track defects, supporting resolution with development teamsIntegrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)Develop and improve automation frameworks, particularly in low code environmentsMonitor and report on test coverage and quality metricsKeep up to date with best practice across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and testing toolsSkills & experience we look forExperience in software testing or QA, with a focus on automationExperience writing or maintaining automated test scriptsFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power PlatformUnderstanding of testing types such as regression, integration and performanceExperience using tools such as Azure DevOps or similarStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersMost of all we look for people who display and work around the core values of our business: Ambitious - to break ground to help our customers enjoy a better retirement.
