Remote Role
Equity Options Available. PitchPredict is currently pre-revenue and early-stage, so this role is primarily equity-based rather than salaried initially.
PitchPredict is building an AI-powered football intelligence platform driven by live data, machine learning and real-time football analysis.
Over the last 6 months, we’ve built the product, infrastructure and data systems behind PitchPredict and PitchGPT, our conversational football AI assistant used by a rapidly growing community of football fans.
Now we need someone to own the distribution.
We’re looking for somebody to lead social media, content and community at PitchPredict as we scale.
This is not a traditional corporate social media role.
You’ll be responsible for how PitchPredict shows up online every single day across football conversations, matchdays, product launches, short-form content, community engagement and brand identity.
You’ll work directly with the founders and become a core part of the company’s growth engine.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning PitchPredict’s social media channels end-to-end
- Running matchday content and reactive football coverage
- Creating short-form content around football, stats, narratives and the platform itself
- Designing social media graphics using Canva or Figma
- Using internal AI tooling to help scale content creation
- Engaging with the football community across X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and community channels
- Filming and editing founder content, product explainers and behind-the-scenes startup content
- Helping shape the online voice and identity of PitchPredict
- Spotting football trends, moments and narratives before they peak
- Building repeatable systems around audience growth and engagement
Who This Role Is Perfect For
Someone who:
- Lives and breathes football and internet culture
- Understands football Twitter/X properly
- Has strong instincts for what performs organically online
- Can create content quickly without overthinking it
- Understands modern short-form video formats
- Wants ownership and autonomy
- Would rather help build something exciting than manage a safe corporate brand account
- Is organised and consistent with posting schedules
You do not need a traditional marketing background.
We care far more about creativity, football knowledge, social instincts and execution.
