Assembler – PCB Experience Essential – Portsmouth – Full Time – Temp to Perm

Are you a detail-oriented Assembler with experience in PCB assembly? We’re working with a leading electronics manufacturer in Portsmouth, and they’re looking for skilled individuals to join their growing team. If you have hands-on experience working with printed circuit boards – we want to hear from you!

Location: Portsmouth
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Shifts: Monday–Thursday 07:15–15:30, Friday 07:30–14:30
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Type: Temporary-to-permanent after 12 weeks

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assembling and soldering PCBs to a high standard

• Interpreting technical drawings and component lists

• Maintaining quality throughout the assembly process

• Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in PCB assembly is essential

• Strong soldering skills (SMT or through-hole)

• Good attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to read and follow schematics and assembly instructions

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
