- Hybrid working (South East)- Once per week on site Requirements: Experience managing ICT / Digital contracts within local government or the public sector Strong understanding of public sector procurement frameworks(e.g.

CCS, G-Cloud, DOS, Bloom) Proven ability to monitor contract performance, manage suppliers, and ensure delivery against SLAs/KPIs Experience supporting or leading contract renewals, extensions, and re-procurement activities Good knowledge of commercial terms, licensing models, and cost management(particularly software/SaaS) Experience raising and managing purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and alignment to contracts and budgets Ability to process invoices, track spend, and resolve payment querieswith suppliers and finance teams Maintaining accurate contract registers and financial records, ensuring audit compliance Strong stakeholder management, working with finance, procurement, and service areas Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities, contract rationalisation, and value for money Comfortable xehkeey managing a high volume of contracts, renewals, and financial transactionsin a fast-paced environment Experience with ERP/finance systems (e.g.
