We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded Sales Agents to represent Kibit Solutions across key European markets on a commission-based partnership model.

What You Will Do
As an independent Sales Agent, you will:
- Identify and build new business opportunities within your network and local market
- Conduct initial discovery conversations and assess customer needs
- Qualify prospects that align with Kibit's core service areas
- Represent Kibit’s capabilities in Cloud, AI, and software development
- Collaborate with Kibit’s sales and technical teams through proposal and closing stages
Your role centers on opening doors, validating needs, and creating strong relationships - while our internal team handles the deep technical part of the sales cycle.

- Have an established professional network and strong B2B communication skills
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in tech-sales, consulting, or a corporate business role
- Are fluent in English
