GIS Team Leader

Location: Birmingham - some remote working options available.
Hours: Permanent full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. We offer flexibility on hours, just let us know what works for you!
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per year, plus a £5.9k annual car allowance, private healthcare, and excellent benefits.

As our GIS Team Leader, you will:
- Independently manage GIS project deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, serving as the primary point of contact for projects and leading client, team, and contractor meetings.
- Support and develop the GIS team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
This role is ideal for you if you have:
- A proven track record in project management and successful delivery within multi-disciplinary team environments.
- Strong technical expertise in ArcGIS Pro , ArcGIS Online , and ArcGIS Enterprise .
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
