Our client, a large charity, are looking for a talented D365 CRM Application Support Specialist, to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for the technical support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organisation's D365 CRM platform and related environments.

The role focuses on ensuring system stability, security, and integrity across environments, while managing deployment pipelines, application updates (wave releases, minimum quarterly), and secure release processes through project delivery and post project business as usual activities. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and information security teams to ensure a consistent and compliant D365 CRM operational framework and third party supplier support, managing and triaging issues and liaising through to resolution.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Proven experience supporting and maintaining CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms including SharePoint.
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, and data structures.
  • Experience managing multi-environment setups (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod) and deployment pipelines
  • Practical experience with CI/CD tools (eg, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of application and data security principles, role-based access control, and identity management.
  • Familiarity with configuration management and version control (eg, Git).
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), PowerShell/Python Scripting, Azure/AWS know-how, or ITIL experience.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

  • Providing 2nd/3rd line support for CRM incidents and service requests
  • Managing environments, deployment pipelines, and quarterly release cycles
  • Keeping things secure and compliant (GDPR, ISO 27001 and friends)
  • Working with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and shaping how we support CRM going forward
