Senior Data Analytics Engineer - SOLE AGENT

We are working with a leading global financial services organisation seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join its London team. This role will play a key part in building data infrastructure, enabling advanced analytics, and supporting critical decision-making across the business.

Role Overview:

• Design and implement robust data solutions, including warehouse and pipeline development.

• Work closely with stakeholders to integrate diverse data sources into scalable platforms.

• Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and consistency.

• Enable advanced reporting, modelling, and visualisation to support investment and operational teams.

• Contribute to long-term data initiatives such as forecasting, automation, and performance analytics.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong programming skills with experience in SQL and modern data platforms.

• Hands-on experience building and optimising data pipelines.

• Solid understanding of data modelling and architecture.

• Exposure to cloud environments and containerised systems (eg Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence or visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, proactive approach.
