Business Development Representative

You'd be joining a Series C SaaS business helping the world's biggest companies report, manage and act on their sustainability data. With new rules across Europe, the UK and the US, this stuff is no longer optional, it's a legal requirement.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Outbound prospecting across email, phone and social into UK and EU enterprise accounts
- Booking qualified discovery meetings for the Sales team with CFOs, Heads of Sustainability, IR, Risk and Compliance
- Running multi-channel cadences and account-based outreach
- Building strong relationships and articulating real ROI to senior business buyers
- Achieving and exceeding monthly qualified opportunity quotas
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- University degree, preferably in Business, Commerce or Marketing
- Experience in outbound sales (or a strong customer service background)
- Hunter mindset - the motivation, grit and focus to develop a new market
- Outstanding phone and written communication
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) an asset
- Enterprise SaaS sales exposure a strong plus
