Sales Director – Digital Health
Kinara Group is supporting a leading UK digital health organisation delivering clinically-led software solutions across urgent care, outpatient and community healthcare settings.
The business is scaling commercially and is looking to hire a Sales Director to lead growth across NHS and integrated care environments.
Their platform supports patient flow, electronic prescribing and end-to-end care pathway visibility, helping providers improve efficiency and patient outcomes across the NHS.
The Role
This is a senior commercial leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales function and expanding strategic NHS partnerships.
You will own go-to-market strategy and lead enterprise sales across healthcare providers and integrated care systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Own revenue targets and overall commercial performance
• Lead and scale the sales function across the UK
• Drive enterprise sales into NHS Trusts, ICS and urgent care providers
• Build and develop relationships with senior NHS stakeholders and decision makers
• Define and execute go-to-market and growth strategy
• Develop strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem
• Work closely with product and leadership teams on market positioning
• Drive pipeline, forecasting and long-term account strategy

• Proven experience in senior sales leadership within digital health or healthcare software
• Strong track record selling into the NHS and public healthcare systems
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex procurement processes
