Salary: £80,000

Location: Remote, the marketing team meets once a month in Central London
About the Role
My client, a high-growth cyber security technology company is looking for a Field & Partner Marketing Manager to drive one of its three strategic growth pillars. This is a high-impact, highly visible role suited to a commercially minded marketer who can operate both strategically and hands-on.
You will lead field and partner marketing across the UK, Europe and Nordics, with a clear focus on enterprise demand generation within Government, Defence and Financial Services. Success in this role requires a strong grasp of complex buying cycles, regulated environments and the stakeholder dynamics unique to these sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive Field Marketing & Pipeline Growth
- Own and execute regional field marketing plans aligned to enterprise sales objectives
- Build and accelerate pipeline through targeted, account-based and sector-led campaigns
- Partner closely with sales leadership to focus on priority accounts and in-quarter execution
Own Events & Executive Engagements
- Deliver high-impact, end-to-end event programmes including executive roundtables, partner activations, trade shows and government and defence exhibitions (e.g. DSEI, Cyber UK, NATO Edge)
- Manage everything from venue sourcing and suppliers through to delegate experience, on-site delivery and post-event follow-up
- Align all activity to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
Lead Partner & Co-Marketing
- Develop and scale joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners and alliances
- Execute co-marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline
- Equip partners to effectively position solutions within regulated and security-conscious sectors
Operate in Regulated & Public Sector Markets
- Shape campaigns specifically for Government and Defence
- Apply a clear understanding of government procurement cycles, compliance frameworks and security sensitivities (Crown commercial Service, G-Cloud, NATO procurement channels)
- Leverage knowledge of public sector procurement routes and frameworks to strengthen campaign positioning and partner alignment
- Confidently engage a wide stakeholder group across technical, commercial and executive levels
Expand Regional Impact
- Support growth across the UK, Europe and Nordic regions
- Engage with relevant ecosystems, communities and industry events within cyber security and defence
Build for Scale
- Work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally across sales, product and global marketing
- Help lay the groundwork for future team growth, with scope to take on line management
What My Client Is Looking For
- Strong experience in field marketing, partner marketing or demand generation within enterprise B2B
- Background in cyber security or a closely related technology space
- Proven success marketing into Government and Defence sectors
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, compliance and stakeholder complexity in regulated sectors
- Track record of delivering successful co-marketing campaigns with partners
- Familiarity with public sector frameworks and routes to market is highly advantageous
- Experience working with or alongside organisations such as NATO, MOD, UK Central Government or similar defence ecosystems is a strong plus
- Experience across UK and European markets, Nordics exposure beneficial
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-growth, build-phase environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Up-to-date with AI-driven marketing tools and how to apply them effectively
