Kinetech is supporting the hire of a Service Support Analyst to deliver high-quality first and second-line IT support within a professional services environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, user interaction and working across modern Microsoft technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1st & 2nd line IT support across incidents and service requests
  • Supporting Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, M365, Teams and Exchange
  • Managing joiners, movers and leavers
  • Installing and supporting laptops, desktops and meeting room tech
  • Working with third-party IT suppliers and SOC teams
  • Responding to cyber alerts and completing security control checks
  • Maintaining hardware and software asset records

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting Azure & Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong customer-facing IT support background
  • Clear communicator with excellent time-management skills
  • Awareness of cyber security and data protection principles
  • ITIL knowledge and Microsoft certifications are a plus
