SaaS Business Development Executive – Europe – Healthcare
About the Company:
We’re looking for a candidate with excellent sales experience selling SaaS solutions in the life sciences industry to join a leading healthcare company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective customers within life sciences and healthcare sectors
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social selling
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, compliance requirements, and operational needs
- Promote SaaS solutions including Digital Logbooks, MES/Electronic Batch Records, and Cleaning Validation platforms
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and market messaging
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity
- Meet and exceed lead generation and pipeline targets
Requirements:
- Experience in SaaS business development or sales within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Self-motivated, organised, and commercially driven
- Degree in Life Sciences or related field desirable
- Additional European language skills advantageous
