SaaS Business Development Executive – Europe – Healthcare

About the Company:

We’re looking for a candidate with excellent sales experience selling SaaS solutions in the life sciences industry to join a leading healthcare company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective customers within life sciences and healthcare sectors
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social selling
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, compliance requirements, and operational needs
  • Promote SaaS solutions including Digital Logbooks, MES/Electronic Batch Records, and Cleaning Validation platforms
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and market messaging
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity
  • Meet and exceed lead generation and pipeline targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in SaaS business development or sales within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivated, organised, and commercially driven
  • Degree in Life Sciences or related field desirable
  • Additional European language skills advantageous
