Job Title: Data & BI Analyst
Kingdom Group is looking for a smart, curious, and
people-focused Data & BI Analyst to help turn data into action
across Kingdom’s services. You’ll play a central role in
Kingdom’s data and digital journey — designing dashboards,
analysing complex datasets, improving data quality, and
supporting the use of AI and automation to make reporting and
decision-making faster, clearer, and more impactful. Working
closely with operational, commercial, and support teams, you’ll
help colleagues understand what’s happening across the business.
Location: Newton-le-Willows, WA12
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week, Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 or as per business
needs

Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence & Insight:
Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into clear,
actionable insights. Design, build, maintain, and optimise Power
BI dashboards, developing robust data models and reporting
structures. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across
operational and commercial data.
Data Integration & Quality:
Integrate data from multiple sources, including APIs,
spreadsheets, and core systems, ensuring reporting is accurate
and reliable. Own data quality, contribute to improvements in
governance, and support refresh cycles, validation checks, and
performance optimisation.
AI, Automation & Continuous Improvement:
Support AI-driven insights and automation in analytics and
reporting. Reduce manual reporting and repetitive tasks, and work
with teams to identify high-value opportunities to improve
efficiency and insight.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and
design reporting solutions. Present insights clearly to
non-technical audiences and support teams in using dashboards
effectively.
Compliance & Best Practice:
Support statutory and regulatory compliance, adhere to Kingdom’s
processes, and promote the use, optimisation, and centralisation
of Kingdom systems and data platforms.
Essential Experience:
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst with complex
datasets
* Strong Power BI experience including DAX and data modelling
* Strong SQL skills
* Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
* Confident presenting to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Understanding of data quality, governance, and reporting best
practice
* Evidence of success in a similar role
Desirable:
* Experience integrating data from APIs and cloud platforms
* Exposure to AI-driven analytics, automation, or advanced
reporting
* Experience in commercial, operational, retail, logistics, or
services-led environments
* Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and
modern architectures
* Experience using Fabric
