SAP Change Project Manager
Experienced SAP Change manager required. You must have indepth experience with SAP Modules. The client has procured SAP as its ERP software system integrating Finance and HR for seamless operations. The ERP software system must be flexible and secure with 24/7 remote access and integrating with existing tools. It must also enable innovation and automation and streamline processes for reduced workload.
The finance and accounting module is the backbone of most ERP systems. In addition to managing the general ledger and automating key financial tasks, it helps organisations track accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR), close the books efficiently, generate financial reports, comply with revenue recognition standards, mitigate financial risk, and more.
The client will be adopting the S/4HANA systems for all the Finance functions, purchasing, sales, environment, health & safety and budgeting.
Purpose of Post:
Reporting to the OCM Lead and working as part of the Programme Change Team, need to understand and work with the technical teams to uncover the people change impacts of the new finance system throughout the programme.
Working with colleagues from across the Corporation to create an empowering culture where transformation, innovation, creativity and change are integral parts of an individuals, teams, services and departments work and that sharing of good practice is in place both internally and externally.
- Delivery of the Change Strategy: tailoring and specifying technical implications prior to go live to help in the delivering plans for managing change across the organisation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder expectations, addressing concerns and providing updates to ensure their alignment with the change objectives. Establish mechanisms for receiving and acting on stakeholder feedback to the technical teams.
- Development and Readiness of the Change Network: Support the build and development of a change network, including training, workshops and communications, when required.
- Business Impact Assessment: Working with analysts and communications to meaningfully articulate the change on people, processes, and technology. Outlining and managing the benefits realisation and value propositions.
- Engagement: Working with the OCM and Comms lead to ensure communications are applicable to the audience and that they reach and are understood by all affected parties.
- Change Coaching: Develop and deliver change specific coaching/training within functions to ensure they have the right skills and behaviours to enable the change. Ensure employees are prepared for and engaging with any technical training provided.
- Monitor Readiness: Responsible for the determination and assessment of stakeholder readiness - addressing any gaps. Track milestones and adjust plans based on progress and feedback.
- Oversee Transition Plans: Work with the SI and business teams to ensure smooth handover of new processes or systems into daily operations.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify and address potential obstacles to successful change adoption.
- Set Success Metrics: Define clear metrics to measure the impact and success of the change initiative.
- Work with colleagues across the enabling services to deliver the necessary change to business processes in order to ensure the effective implementation of the clients new Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) system.
