Client Analyst
Location: London, UK
Salary: £30000 (Graduate) – £50,000 (1–4 years’ experience)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office per week)

The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate or junior professional to join a growing Client Team supporting hedge funds and asset managers.
You will act as a key liaison between clients and the development team, gaining deep insight into trading workflows and operational processes. The role involves helping clients optimise their use of the platform, build integrations via API, and automate trading processes.
You will work closely alongside (though not directly within) a highly skilled engineering team and play a hands-on role in software delivery, testing, deployment and client implementation.

Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day client engagement and relationship development
- Develop an in-depth understanding of client trading and operational workflows
- Support clients in building and enhancing API integrations
- Assist in the design, testing and deployment of software solutions
- Relay client requirements to technical teams clearly and effectively
- Lead regular client meetings and provide platform guidance
- Support delivery of software into client environments
- Participate in a rota system covering morning and evening market hours when required
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related scientific discipline
- Practical programming knowledge (Python essential; C# or Java advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading client discussions
- Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and develop
- Interest in financial markets and trading environments (beneficial but not essential)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Exposure to sophisticated hedge fund and asset management clients
