Contracts Counsel / Legal Counsel | Commercial Contracts | ICT Focus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing in-house legal team supporting a diverse and fast-evolving regulated business. This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial contracting matters, with a particular focus on ICT agreements across the full contract lifecycle.

You’ll be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts including SaaS, software licensing, professional services, telecommunications, infrastructure, data centre and technology outsourcing agreements. Working closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams and legal colleagues, you'll provide practical, commercially focused advice while supporting supplier onboarding, contract governance, renewals and post-acquisition integration activity.

The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial contracts experience, confidence negotiating complex provisions and familiarity with regulatory considerations such as FCA requirements, DORA and GDPR. Solicitors, Contract Managers and commercial contracting specialists are all encouraged to apply.
