Employment Lawyer

We are excited to be assisting our Global Client in their search for an experienced Employment Legal Counsel with 3-5 years post-qualification experience, qualified in England & Wales.

We are looking for someone with proven expertise in :

• providing practical, commercially focused employment law advice within fast-paced, international organisations.
• advising on the full spectrum of employment matters, including drafting and negotiating employment contracts and policies, employee relations, grievances, disciplinary and performance management, recruitment, terminations, investigations, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• partnering closely with HR and senior stakeholders, managing external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions, delivering employment law training, and supporting business decisions while mitigating legal and commercial risk.
