Employment Lawyer

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global technology business in the search for a Senior Employment Counsel to join its highly regarded international legal team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer currently practising at a leading law firm who is seeking their first move in-house, or looking to take on a broader and more strategic role within a dynamic global organisation.

The position offers significant responsibility, exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to advise on complex employment and workforce matters across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with Legal, People and business leaders around the world, you will play a key role in supporting the company's evolving workforce strategy and global operations.

The Opportunity

As a trusted advisor to the business, you will provide commercially focused employment law support across a wide range of matters, including:

  • Complex employee relations issues, investigations and workplace disputes.
  • Organisational change projects, restructurings and workforce transformations.
  • Cross-border employment law matters across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
  • Employment aspects of strategic business initiatives, growth projects and corporate transactions.
  • Development and implementation of employment policies, governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Managing employment-related litigation, regulatory issues and external counsel relationships.
  • Supporting senior stakeholders in balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.

Candidate Profile

We are interested in speaking with high-calibre employment lawyers who possess:

  • Strong employment law experience gained at a leading international law firm.
  • Excellent technical expertise combined with sound commercial judgement.
  • Experience advising multinational clients on complex employment matters.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in partnering with the business.

This is far more than a traditional advisory role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence decision-making, shape workforce strategy and work at the heart of a fast-paced, international business.
