Head of Legal

We’re partnering with a fast-growing company operating in a highly technical environment. They are looking to hire a senior lawyer to take ownership of the legal function and work closely with leadership as the business continues to scale internationally.

The role will cover a broad remit across:

• Commercial contracts and strategic partnerships

• Product and regulatory support

• Corporate, governance and compliance matters

• Building legal processes, playbooks and scalable infrastructure

• Supporting international growth across the UK, US and Europe

We’re particularly interested in candidates with:

• Strong commercial and generalist legal experience

• Experience in startups, scale-ups, or legal operations.

• Exposure to legal operations, process building, or self-serve frameworks

• A practical, business-oriented approach to legal risk

• Interest in AI, emerging technology, or complex technical products

This is a high-ownership role with close exposure to founders and leadership, suited to someone who enjoys building, improving processes, and operating in fast-moving environments.
