Senior Legal Counsel (UK) – Global Technology Business

I’m supporting a fast-scaling global technology company looking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel (UK) to support its growing EMEA footprint.

This is a broad, hands-on role with genuine visibility — advising across commercial contracts, SaaS and technology licensing, corporate matters and data privacy, partnering closely with sales, product and leadership teams across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will bring 3 – 7 years’ PQE, ideally combining private practice and in-house experience, with a strong track record negotiating complex B2B and technology agreements.

You’ll suit this role if you enjoy operating in an agile, high-growth environment, building trusted relationships across the business and delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
