An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join a leading global technology and communications company. This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for shaping how compliance operates across multiple markets and business units worldwide. About You

The Role:

As Senior Compliance Manager for Business Partnering, you’ll lead the evolution of the company’s global compliance framework, ensuring effective governance, oversight, and engagement with senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the Global Compliance Partnering Programme, embedding consistency and collaboration across international markets.
• Providing proactive compliance advice and assurance to senior leaders and ExCo-level stakeholders.
• Enhancing compliance oversight and monitoring through data-led insights and continuous improvement.
• Driving a culture where compliance enables innovation, integrity, and responsible business growth.
• Partnering with Group functions to mature and optimise the Compliance Management System (CMS).

What they are looking for:

• 8+ years’ experience in compliance, ethics, or risk management within a large, complex, or global business.
• Proven ability to design and implement compliance frameworks and partnering models.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience operating across multiple markets or regions.
• A degree or professional qualification in law, compliance, or a related field.
