We are looking for an experienced Asset Finance Lawyer to join a high-performing international legal team, advising on complex cross-border leasing, asset finance and financing transactions that support next-generation technology projects.

The role:

• Advise on financial regulation across global leasing and asset finance
• Support international transactions, licensing and regulatory change
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Treasury and senior stakeholders
• Help shape regulatory strategy for innovative AI and infrastructure financing

About you:

• Qualified solicitor with financial regulatory, banking, leasing or asset finance experience
• Background in private practice and/or in-house
• Strong commercial approach with international experience
