Sole Commercial Legal Counsel

Sole Legal Counsel (4–8 PQE) | Media & Technology Business | London

We're working with a growing media technology company seeking a Sole Legal Counsel to lead all legal matters across the business. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll be the go-to legal adviser, providing pragmatic support on a broad range of commercial and operational issues.

Key requirements:

• 4–8 PQE qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
• Broad commercial legal background gained in-house
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating customer, supplier and technology agreements
• Happy undertaking contract management tasks
• Comfortable advising autonomously across legal, compliance and risk matters
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with excellent stakeholder management skills

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level in-house lawyer looking for a varied, business-facing role with visibility within a growing organisation.
