Sales / Account Executives - Selling to the Video Gaming sector - Global Software/Services Leader

Our client is a leading software/services provider with a well-established and highly successful global business. As part of the organization's strategic growth plans, we are recruiting experienced Account Executives to develop relationships with some of the world's largest enterprise games companies. This could focus on net new customer acquisition, or uncovering whitespace opportunities within existing accounts.

You will need a proven track record in either new business or account management positions, and experience of selling to major customers in the video games industry.

You'll join a global team and work cross-functionally, leading the full sales cycle - from building territory plans and defining target accounts, to negotiations and onboarding new customers. You will also leverage your industry network to create new opportunities and grow business across multiple accounts.

  • Build and execute enterprise sales territory plans, including defining customer targets.
  • Lead the sales cycle, including commercial and contract negotiations.
  • Responsible for overall client relationship, ensuring strong engagement and alignment with other divisions of the organization.
  • Use existing networks within the games industry to open doors and create net new opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategy and customer objectives.
  • Communicate with senior stakeholders (CxO, SVP, etc) to build strong enterprise relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience selling software or services to Games Industry customers.
  • Experience engaging with game publishers at Executive levels.
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing complex, high value deals.
  • Strong critical thinking, commercial creativity, and process-driven execution.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment.
