Assignment Overview
Join a leading HRIT project as a Requirements Analyst, where you will play a central role in requirements analysis from start to finish. You will identify, analyse, and map both current and future business needs, ensuring process optimisation and solution alignment. Your work will encompass both functional and non-functional requirement specifications and you'll closely engage with business stakeholders to develop strong, business-oriented solutions.

You will plan, prioritise, and drive feasibility studies and requirements work using agile methodologies and established processes. Your role requires a keen understanding of usability, modelling techniques, and proven requirements methodologies - all while guiding stakeholders and making decisive recommendations even when consensus is challenging.

Key Responsibilities
- Map, analyse, and visualise HR processes (central and local perspectives) and identify improvement areas
- Produce clear process documentation using standard methods (such as BPMN)
- Lead and facilitate workshops with HR specialists, business representatives, and stakeholders
- Drive requirements gathering, formulation, and documentation (functional and non-functional)
- Lead requirements workshops and ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and feasible
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT architects, and project managers to align processes and initiatives
- Work in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), iterate delivery, and foster close dialogue with stakeholders
- Document requirements in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or requirement repositories
- Support the procurement and implementation of solutions spanning Learning & Training, Performance Management, and Succession Planning

Assignment Scope - Focus Areas
1. Mapping HR processes: Understand and align HR needs, visualise processes, propose improvements, and document using industry-standard tools
2. Requirements analysis: Gather and structure requirements, lead workshops, track changes, and support procurement for new HR solutions

Key Activities
- Plan and conduct meetings with HRIT teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Define detailed functional and non-functional specifications
- Manage changes and maintain a dynamic requirements baseline
- Participate in solution verification and acceptance

Required Competence & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in HRIT assignments, process mapping, and requirements analysis
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, competence management, payroll, and the employee lifecycle
- Experience delivering transformation/change projects using agile methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
- Ability to work fluently in both English and Swedish

Work Schedule: 100%
Location: Office near Arlanda Airport, Stockholm (remote work possible when the work allows)
