Job description:

Role Title: Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs
Define data models, security, automation, and configuration approaches
Produce high level solution designs and supporting documentation
Guide developers and admins on design decisions and best practices
Ensure solutions align with Salesforce capabilities, limits, and standards
Support delivery teams during build, test, and deployment phases

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing/security, and automation (Flows)
Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning, and integrations (API based)
Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
Familiarity with agile delivery and enterprise environments
