Job description:

Role Title: Bot Controllers

-Oversees the full life cycle of automated bots and AI agents, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operation.

-Manages performance monitoring, handles escalated enquiries, drives continuous bot training, and acts as the link between operational and development teams.

-Operational ownership for the full life cycle of automated bots and AI agents, requiring strong skills in run operations, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

-Must be able to manage bot performance, handle escalations, triage incidents, and coordinate fixes/enhancements with development teams while ensuring secure and compliant operation (access controls, auditability, safe responses).

-Practical experience with automation platforms (UI-Path RPA/IPA and/or conversational AI/agent platforms), structured bot training/knowledge management, and KPI-driven optimisation is essential-acting as the bridge between frontline operations, service owners, and engineering
