Role Title: Oracle CX Lead

Job Description:

- Candidate with 10+ years of experience working in Oracle CX products. CPQ, CDM, RightNow, OFS

- Should be a Techno-Functional candidate and having good hands-on experience in working on various Oracle CX projects.

- Knowledge of Integration (OIC) and HCM is an added plus

- Knowledge of Utilities Domain is desirable.

- Good Client Management and Vendor Management skills
