Job description:

Role Title: EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruitment, OTM, OLC based on business requirements.

Gather, analyze, and document HR processes to translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Support integrations and data migration between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.

Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, run testing cycles SITUAT, and ensure system stability.

Lead enhancements, updates, and quarterly releases Ensure defect resolution, stabilization, BAU support
