IT Asset Manager

IT Asset Manager | Up to £80k (DoE) | London (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an IT Asset Manager with strong Hardware Asset Management (HAM) experience to join a leading international financial services organisation. This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets and is looking for the opportunity to build and enhance an IT Asset Management function within a highly regulated environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and enhancing a Hardware Asset Management framework across EMEA

Managing the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets from procurement to disposal

Ensuring asset data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness

Partnering with IT, Finance, and Procurement to optimise asset utilisation

What we’re looking for:

Strong IT Asset Management experience with a focus on Hardware Asset Management

Experience within a large, regulated environment (financial services preferred)

Knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDBs, ITIL, and asset management best practices

Experience building, improving, or transforming asset management processes

The details:

Up to £80,000 base salary (DoE)

Permanent position

Hybrid working – London
