Senior Project Manager

Kitty is a multi-award-winning independent web platform development agency. We focus on understanding the needs of both the brand and the consumer to design the best-in-class experiences and technology-led solutions that drive performance.

Kitty is the sister agency to ROAST, an award-winning performance media agency. Together, we combine both media intelligence and data science, along with constant experimentation, we create solutions that will drive the biggest impact.

But none of this works without exceptional people – which is why we put talent first, always. Training, progression, and opportunities to learn are baked into how we work. We want our people to feel happy, supported, and inspired.

Exceptional company culture isn’t an add-on at Kitty & ROAST – it’s the engine. It powers everything: creativity, collaboration, retention, results. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built, because it’s authentic and intentional. Rooted in shared values, not just surface perks.

Kitty & ROAST have created a place where people belong, grow, and do their best work – together.

Senior Project Manager

At Kitty, we partner with ambitious brands to create digital experiences that drive meaningful results. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who brings together exceptional delivery capability with the strategic and commercial instincts of an Account Director.

This role sits at the centre of our agency — shaping projects, guiding clients, and ensuring the work we deliver is impactful, efficient, and commercially successful. You’ll manage digital projects end-to-end while also contributing to the long-term success, satisfaction and growth of our client relationships.

You will have broad responsibility that requires strong leadership skills, structure, creativity and the ability to identify the most efficient solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our external clients, Kitty leadership, and development teams to deliver high-quality results for Kitty and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Define project scopes, success criteria and delivery plans alongside internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead day-to-day project operations, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget and to a high creative and technical standard
  • Monitor and manage progress, risks, dependencies and change requests with clarity and control
  • Ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, budget tracking and project governance throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Support and mentor other PMs, helping strengthen delivery processes and maintain a high bar for quality
  • Work with leaders to assess capacity, assist in prioritisation and support resource planning across project teams

Client Relationships & Growth

  • Act as a primary client partner — building trust, anticipating needs and communicating clearly and proactively
  • Support retained clients with roadmap planning, prioritisation and ongoing digital improvement strategies
  • Maintain predictable and stable revenue flow across your assigned accounts, contributing to portfolio-level revenue growth
  • Support commercial processes including scoping, fee structures, changes to hours, contract renewals and new opportunities
  • Provide strategic recommendations that help clients meet and exceed digital performance KPIs
  • Ensure alignment and integration across creative, UX, and development teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences
  • Identify and develop new opportunities, proactively introducing ideas and solutions that add value
  • Play a role in new business efforts, including contributing to pitch preparation, proposals and occasional marketing materials
  • Ultimately drive increased revenue, improved client satisfaction, stronger retention and positive referrals

This is a hands-on role where you will balance delivery excellence with commercial thinking — ensuring our work not only meets expectations but elevates client relationships over time.

The Candidate

  • Excellent client-facing skills: able to guide, challenge, reassure and communicate with clarity and confidence
  • Demonstrable experience in scoping, forecasting, revenue awareness and commercially minded decision-making
  • Ability to identify opportunities, shape ideas and contribute to wider digital strategy
  • Experience working with cross-functional, hybrid and remote teams, including offshore development partners
  • Ability to manage complex workflows, lead teams under pressure and maintain high standards of delivery

  • Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills
  • A proactive, empathetic and people-focused approach, understanding client pressures and helping guide them towards solutions
  • Proven ability to support or lead teams, assist with capacity planning and contribute to a strong delivery culture
